Nicole L. Cox

Nicole is originally from Dubuque, Iowa, and began her legal career after moving to Centerville, Iowa, in 2014.  She graduated from Wartbury College in 2004 and then received her J.D. from Drake University Law School in 2009.  Before starting her legal career, Nicole took a few years to stay at home with her two daughters.

Nicole now practices primarily in real estate and municipal law, representing several cities in Southeast Iowa.  Nicole's real estate expertise extends from residential transactions to farm and commercial.
