Nicole L. Cox

Nicole is originally from Dubuque, Iowa, and began her legal career after moving to Centerville, Iowa, in 2014.  She graduated from Wartburg College in 2004 and then received her J.D. from Drake University Law School in 2009.  Before starting her legal career, Nicole enjoyed several years staying at home with her two daughters.

Nicole now practices primarily in real estate and municipal law, representing numerous cities in Southeast Iowa.  Nicole regularly handles a variety of real estate matters from drafting purchase agreements to conducting closings, including residential, farm, and commercial transactions.
